About us

Our center brings together several experienced professionals committed to taking mental health services more accessible in our community.

The Reed, an aquatic plant that bends during the storm and straightens back up when the weather calms, inspires our practice. With this image in mind it highlights the resilience that resides in anyone faced with crises, difficulties or moments of fog. We believe that these moments can become great opportunities for maturation and growth towards a satisfying and meaningful life.

Our team of professionals (psychologist, psychotherapist, social workers, etc.) are there to support you by offering a safe, welcoming, empathetic and soothing environment. Rather you are a senior, adult, young adult, adolescent, family or group, we are there for you!
